Our experience in IP litigation spans multiple continents, with highlights including representing a HK-listed apparel company in 15 jurisdictions in Europe involving more than 80 proceedings at both the national and EU levels. In 2021, we successfully represented an HK client in the Singapore Court to discharge an injunction within 48 hours and straddling a weekend, mandating the immediate closure of an art exhibition. The case became one of the top 10 most searched news of the year in Google Singapore.

In addition to our IP-focused work, we also handle substantial non-IP litigation matters. For example, we represent a Taiwan company in HK, China, Taiwan, and BVI concerning a shareholders' dispute vis-à-vis control of their various companies. We have also represented world-renowned artists and curators in massive defamation cases with international implications.

Our Managing Partner, Anthony Tong, has been appointed by the Government of Hong Kong SAR as the Deputy Chairman of its Copyright Tribunal from 2011 to 2017 for the maximum 6-year term. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI), a R&D institute that is 100% owned by the Government of the HKSAR.
