Anthony Tong among 5 distinguished HKU alumni IP experts invited to speak at the “Custodians of IP Laws” sharing session

It was a joyous evening on 4th April 2019 in the Moot Court of the Cheng Yu Tung Tower at the University of Hong Kong where the Faculty of Law is housed. As part of the 50th Anniversary celebrations of the Faculty of Law, Professor Alice Lee has organised a sharing session most aptly entitled “Custodians of Intellectual Property Law” who invited 5 alumini who are distinguished intellectual property experts to share their experience and success in the field of intellectual property.  The 5 speakers included the like of Mr. Andrew Liao GBS, SC, JP, Mr. Peter Cheung, ex-director IP as well as our Managing Partner, Mr. Anthony Tong. The 5 speakers took the audience down the memory lane who shared their experience and contribution towards the development of intellectual property in Hong Kong. It was a star-studded event with guests like Mr. Justice Tony Poon and Mr. David Wong, director of IP in attendance together with legal practitioners and students.
