Yvonne Lam

Yvonne graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 1990. After her qualification as a solicitor, she stayed in the same firm where she underwent her training and joined their conveyancing department, which has the biggest conveyancing practice in Hong Kong. Yvonne has substantial experience managing tenancy portfolios of large commercial buildings. She has also acted for large equity funds in their acquisition of properties.
Yvonne has also spent a few years in another firm which does substantial work for a number of renowned property developers. During her spell with this firm, she gained immense exposure to pre-sale real estate project development including acquisition of land for development purpose, negotiation with the Government over land lease conditions, drafting of deeds of mutual covenants etc. Yvonne has also acted for numerous banking institutions on project and property financing.
