Vinca Tang

Vinca studied Law and Commerce in Australia. She graduated from the University of Queensland, Australia, with a dual degree of Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws.
After graduating from university with her first degrees, and with a particular interest in law she was determined to develop a career in the legal field. Vinca continued her legal study and pursued a Graduate Diploma of Professional Legal Education and Training in Queensland, Australia, before her admission as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland. After her admission, Vinca was recruited by the Department of Transport and the Department of Main Roads in the Queensland Government as an in-house legal counsel. Her duties as a legal counsel included providing legal support and advice on a variety of legal disputes involving licensing matters, public transport and service providers.
After working in Australia, she decided to return to Hong Kong to continue her legal career. She gained hands-on experience from working in a small practice before being recruited by RBJL. Vinca practises on various areas of litigation, including company law, personal injuries, employees’ compensation, companies winding up, criminal and matrimonial litigation.
